Dr. Feldman is by far the best physician I have ever had! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but is an honest physician who will do what is in the best interest of the patient (not his pockets). They are extremely efficient when it comes to processing prescriptions and prior authorizations, and he will become not only your physician, but your advocate as well. He wrote numerous letters on my behalf when I faced discrimination at my school, which is why I say that he will be your advocate as
Michelle is the person who handles CPAP equipment, she's rude, talks down to people and makes implications that people are deadbeats if they owe a balance, in this case, its an insurance bureaucracy of why the balance hasn't been paid. When I expressed my disgust for the way she was speaking to me, she wouldn't give me her name (never a good sign) and handed me off to the office manager Tiffany, the office manager was even worse, never tried to empathize with our situation. But the buck stops
Hands down better than my previous sleep doctor.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He is a know it all quack
Knows what he's doing and can read, program and reset a CPAP machine in a minute!
