It's been many years since our beautiful daughter was a patient of Neil Tucker who I refuse to call a doctor. It has taken me over 10 years to have enough strength to share my story. Mr. Tucker performed a procedure on our daughter which resulted in horrific results. I wish I could share a photo here. He caused my daughter 3rd degree burns during a basic g-tube change procedure where she had minimal granulation tissue. Dr Tucker is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, best bedside manner. He was my sons Dr from age 10 to 20. He fights for you with the insurance companies. His staff can be frustrating at times. But if you stay on top of them the overall experience will be good. We have moved out of state.. Dr Tucker is soooo missed.
Dr Tucker is a compassionate and very educated man who cares about his patients. My son has been helped tremendously from him and no other doctor was able to help.
No waiting time. Clear instructions. Great and knowledgeable doctor. Listened very well.
I really didn't have a problem with Dr. Tucker, he was nice and informative. However, I can't give him a good rating because of the completely unprofessional treatment I experienced with his office staff. I still have not received a return phone call from the doctor, it's been over a week. The written instructions I received were not the same information he told me in the office, I need clarification & dosage information. I called 4 times, & the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.
Although wait times are not fun for this dr, what other doctor do you know that works at 6:00pm on a Friday night? I don't know any. he has always been wonderful with my daughter and patient and forthcoming with his information. I think he's a compassionate, caring doctor
I cannot express how unhappy I am with this Dr. We waited two hours with no apology.
He was great with my son and he is a friendly doctor. Doesn't make you feel like he is in a rush to see you and get you out. He takes his time with his patients.
He was kind, comprehensive and we never felt rushed- patiently answered questions about our daughter's condition. His staff was excellent also. You may end up waiting a little bit but his thoroughness is what takes a little longer and he provides that care for everyone so be happy about it
