Just had knee replacement surgery. I was having terrable, bone on bone, pain and knew going in that the surgery and recovery was not going to be easy. I also knew that if I took the pain killers and did the exercises that recovery would not be as bad as the pain I experienced prior to the surgery. So far everything I was told was not only true, but I'm experiencing less pain than the bone on bone and I have less and less pain in the future to look forward to.
