This was my second appointment at Concord Orthopedics related to upcoming hig replacement surgery. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, informative, patient and positive. I have been impressed with the supportive atmosphere throughout the practice. Dr. Dion took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was a very positive first meeting.

Dr Dion is great. He’s helped with decisions about when doing a knee replacement would be appropriate. On the other hand the lady that was at the north check in desk and at the computer next to where patients enter and exit door was the RUDEST person I’ve had to deal with in a long. Someone needs to dial her back some, just plain rude.

I just drove over an hour only to be told that I need to see another Dr other than the Dr I was scheduled with today. I'm in acute pain and now have to wait for a phone call, which in all likelihood will end up in a phone tag, call back situation. Concord Orthopedics automated scheduling assistant obviously didn't work well in this situation even though I specified what the injury is to my knee. Plus the fact, the Dr that did see me today did not have in front of him the MRI that was forwarded to Concord orthopedics OR the M... read more
