We had a leak from our wet room and Neil quickly identified the source which was an easily rectified. Previous plumber had made a hole in the wall on the wrong side of the ceiling and was keen to rip up the laminate to access pipe to fix when it was just the join on the wall that required sealing. A stressful time and potential cost running into thousands to replace laminate and flooring. Neil is an absolute gem. We are just so grateful that Neil arrived with his knowledge, skill and patience.
