Neil belittled me, would not allow me to speak, by cutting me off, and when I finally had enough of his demeaning attitude towards me and I got up to get a nurse, he called his superior and started “damage control” by making disparaging remarks about my intensions and suggesting I was only there to “get a nose job”. As a patient, I wanted a professional to explain my options to. Little did I know this was not to happen because your practice is employing a lunatic.
Absolutely wonderful. My 3 year old daughter shoved all kinds of stuff in her ear, and 2 beads were stuck in there far by her ear drum. She was very scared, because this was the second place we had gone because urgent care couldn't remove them. She was shaking and moving all over the place. He knew exactly what to do. He was soothing her and I, and walking us through every step calmly. If we didn't remove them she'd need to go to surgery.
