Ordered charbroiled oyster...you get 5 oysters sitting on 1 lettuce, and it was served luke warm, tasted bland was not good. Ox tail was bland and served cold. Gravy tasted like canned Campbell's mushroom soup, no flavor, bland, sitting on overcooked rice. Seems like they can fry foods, so get anything thats fried. Their gumbo was also bland. I won't go back.
I have eaten here several times and the food was good! I don’t know what happened or changed but the last two times I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten sick! The smothered pork chop was old and had absolutely no gravy on it, and the greens were so tuff and sour you couldn’t even chew them! Sad to say but Neil St Blues was one of my favorites got comfort food, but I won’t be going back.
Atmosphere: felt safe, pleasant service, good variety of food, eat inside or outside. All of our family reunion guest were pleased and glad that we recommended it for our meet and greet. Kid friendly as well.
