The quality of service for this place has decreased over the past few years. It took me 4 weeks of call to try to get an approval for a non-supported prescription. With the latest acquisition by the Hartford Healthcare network, they care even less and its basically just a revolving door of service, with no actual focus on the patient but the number of billings they can do. Look elsewhere.
I have known Neil Smerling for many years,working in a hospital setting. I always found him to be compassionate, caring, yet professional. I would recommend him to every one. If you want a Doc that cares about you Neil Smerling is your guy.
