I am leaving 1 star because it is impossible to rate lower, this doctor does not even deserve that. I took my son in for an appointment after being very sick away at school and because he did not even receive him because we were ten minutes late. Ironic since these doctors usually make you wait hours. we were not even new patients but now I can assure we are not patients anymore, Doctors are supposed to care but this one missed that memo. Worst experience EVER. I would not recommend this do
I feel this dr has a condescending attitude & a blatant disregard for his patient’s time. We waited over 1.5 hours after my husbands colonoscopy. (To find out all was well). My husband had been without food for over 13.5 hours. Others in the same situation at the center (with other dr’s) were spoken to and discharged while we waited. This Dr Rosenkranz cared only to complete whatever number of colonoscopies he could as fast as possible. His patient caring skills are nil.
Fantastic doctor. He listens and is very understanding. I trust his opinions and his skills explicitly.
Dr Rosenkranz is knowledgeable, professional, listens and is very thorough. He has performed 3 colonoscopy's on me and is Great. Trust him completely.
