Had trouble with a push button flush. Tried to Contacted my usual Plumber and they did not reply to my message. Got in touch with Neil Robertson and they sent a Plumber out within a couple of Hours. We ended up having to have virtually the whole cistern replaced but the plumber (Lewis) worked away until it was done. Very nice guy and a job well done. The price was quite fair too. I have binned the number for my old Plumber and will use Neil Robertson from now on. Highly recommended. Thanks.
First repair may fail if correct part not obtained. Make sure the technician tells you this or you could end up having to pay twice.
Really happy with process and work carried out - Lewis was excellent on both occasions, once to sort a leaky bath and shower - and also for a full power flush - also resolved an issue that has made our heating so much warmer. Highly recommended.
