Fantastic service from Neil and Steve who Neil brought along to help him do a Baxi boiler change in my bungalow. Neil came to quote for a new boiler and chemical flush, sent the quote when he said he would, then after I had accepted his quote turned up on the day he said he would and right on time. Neil and Steve worked all day, did a professional job, registered my boiler whilst still here for the 10 year guarantee (as Neil is a Baxi accredited installer), wrote me out a receipt without me asking for one, showed me how the ... read more
