Always prompt, professional and friendly.
Very knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything well. The facility was clean and welcoming, the staff was professional and helpful. Dr Patel came highly recommended by trusted colleagues who had the same/similar procedures. I wouldn't go to anyone else for spine or cervical surgery. It is worth the 3hr+ drive for the level of care received.
Everything was great but no one told me after feeling fantastic the next day that the day after that I thought I was going to die. Had to return 7 days later to find out about pooling fluids causing unbearable pain.
Excellent surgeon. I feel 20 years younger after the procedure. At 70 I didn’t think I would regain freedom of movement again but Dr Neil Patel gave me back pain free mobility.
