From the minute I walked in I wasn't impressed with the front desk staff. They were not very versed on insurance so they were saying I have masshealth out loud in the office. While some people may need that i've never had that insurance so there mistake was embarrassing. Dr. Casey was nice enough but after the exam no one even asked me if I wanted to pick out a pair of glasses although my altus covered them. Context: I've been seeing Dr. Casey for several years. I am near sighted, have worn contacts for over 20 years, and have worn glasses for practically my whole life. I purchase my lenses, frames, and contacts from this practice. Visit: 5/5 Wait time has been limited. I've always been greeted by the Doctor a few moments after my scheduled visit. Dr.Casey is amazing 👏 very thorough, fast and friendly! The staff are all very nice and they have lots of different frames to choose from.
