It was a very enjoyable working with Neil regarding the sale of my house and the purchase of my new condo. Neil was very courteous, organized, knowledgeable on all questions asked and always responded to my queries quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling or purchasing property.
Neil is a gentleman, and devoted to his job. That means he will provide a client with all the information that they'll need regarding any possible purchase, or make available the necessary knowledge about how and when to sell. He is diligent in finding that ideal home, and if you are selling, he is highly market intelligent to present it properly. He is honest. If he thinks a house will not be suitable for you, he'll tell you. He is generous with his time and always stays in touch to advise whenever needed. In the past Neil ... read more
Great experience with Neil O'Donnell. Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Takes the time to look for and point out many items we would not have caught on our visits. We would highly recommend him and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future. A 10 out of 10 experience for sure!!
Neil was very helpful for recommending me improvements on the home necessary for listing the house. His response time was very good and helpful with any questions I had. For anyone looking for a realtor and wants a peace of mind, Neil would be perfect for you.
I would highly recommend Neil O’Donnell for a wonderful real estate experience. His knowledge of houses and their structure was invaluable while touring through the homes. He was very professional and always available to answer any of our questions which is extremely important. Thank you for helping our son navigate through buying his first home.
