I read all the reviews on here and I am so sad about the misunderstandings people have had with his team. Maybe his 'team' is a problem but Dr. Neil is amazing. My dad has been suffering from spinal problems for the past 12 years and he was able to help my father and give him a normal life. This doctor deserves a raise because these days it is rare to find someone who cares for the well being of a patient this much. This doctor did not listen to me telling him 3 times that I am claustrophobic My MRI (that had been scheduled for over 3 weeks) was cancelled by his staff when they called me 48 hours before to remind ME that I needed to reach out and request a medication to help me with the MRI. I called 3 times to the Vancouver Clinic to try to request that and because this “doctors team” did not respond…. I was cancelled. I met Dr. Saldua this morning with my son-in-law who needs surgery. Dr. Nelson explained everything so we could understand and explained the options, besides surgery. He listened and answered all of our questions. It was a good experience.
I have had three unacceptable contacts with this person. They/he is more than willing to see you, charge you or your insurance company and pass you off to somebody else with a referral that TVC refuses to validate. Very unprofessional. And his staff just hung up on me because I wanted concrete answers to provide my employer. Apparently, Dr. Saldua and his staff ha. Bottom line, avoid Dr Saldua if you can And, you always have a choice...
