Dr. Neil Manering, PIHHealth Physicians Whittier. He thinks he can do a neurological diagnosis without knowing my detailed symptoms. Maybe for the children's version of WEBMD, but that attitude is laughable for real life complexities. His diagnosis was useless exactly because his delusional arrogance led him to neglect to ask my symptoms. I cannot recommend either Mannering or PIH health physicians to anyone ever.
