We closed on our home and our experience with Neil Visoky’s law firm was outstanding. From our first consultation he explained all the complex legal aspects and his attention to detail and sharp negotiation skills were excellent. Even when an unexpected issue arose during the title search he identified the problem and resolved it. Neil and his staff made the process seamless and stress free. If I could give him more than five stars I would.
Neil Visoky was our attorney for the sale of the house in my family's estate. I live out of town and despite the unforeseen hiccups encountered from the buyer's side of the process, Neil and his assistant, Allie, ensured the successful closing on the house. Allie adds a personal touch to her work and was very attentive to all that was needed throughout the process. She kept me informed from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with.
I've used Neil for multiple property sales. Each sale was seamless. Neil truly has tremendous expertise and knowledge of Staten Island and the law, resulting in great experience from initial office visit to closing. Very unprofessional lawyer . Don’t respect to client . He doesn’t answer phone or dont reply to emails. He only concern about his fees and even do nothing. Do not recommend to anyone. I will give zero star if I could.
We walked in his office for the first time he had his feet up on the desk in our face, wearing a Tshirt and shorts. Did not introduce himself and was very rude and unprofessional. We were asked questions that was not appropriate for him to ask. When we replied we would handle it and we don’t need to discuss. He then threatened to not work with us and we walked out with him using profanity practically kicking us out
