Neil Law has been our Wills, Estates and Business Lawyer for several years. Rod is a no nonsense straight shooter, something I look for when doing business. He’s helped with many things, we look forward to continued business.
I was sent an invoice of more than $600 for ten minutes time although I requested for an estimate prior engagement and I made it very clear during telephone conversation. Rod never sent me his hourly rate or any retainer or estimated fees and at the end invoice came as surprise. Rod Neil followed up with the surprise invoice payment and he hanged up phone in the middle of our conversation which was very rude and unprofessional.
