Doctor was quick and apologetic but the wait time and staff sucked to the fullest and I would not recommend going here if you aren’t a regular for many years…came in at 2pm appointment time was 3:20pm didn’t see the doctor for a ear cleaning until AFTER 4pm mind you 13 people came after me and were all seen before me, finally threatened to cancel my appointment in which the front desk said I’m next to be seen, they call another person, then they say your after him, guess what happened next…they CALL ANOTHER PERSON, finally I... read more
Dr.Niel Prufer was helpful and polite and he talks Spanish. I will recommend to everyone that needs to see a ENT.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Prufer. He is a very kind, patient, and knowledgeable ENT. He really listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly so I could understand. The whole office staff is also very nice the secretary is friendly and the nurses are very nice. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr. Prufer.
Overcrowding in waiting room. Long wait time to see doctor. Waited over 1 hour after my appointment time to see doctor. I will never go back to this office.
