I cannot recommend Amy enough! She was my physical therapist both during my pregnancy and after, and she has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. After 8 operations in five years, I have been to a number of physical therapy facilities and never truly satisfied. I have gone to a different facility with each new operation. Out of the 8 operations the last 4 were back-to-back-to-back and far from routine. My PT was delayed due to the nature of operations and when I was approved to begin, my surgeon was extremely cautious. Avoid this place if you can. Their billing practices are completely shady, and the billing manager is rude and very assertive. O ended up paying more money to them while they were in the Aetna network than when they were outside. This does not make any sense, but then the billing manager was quite adamant and I ended up paying. My wife and I have been regular patients to this clinic because of the good therapist that Sarah Welch is, but please be careful about their billing practices if you must use their services.
