My experience at Neil King Troy has always been positive. The people that work there are all wonderful from the cheery receptionist Kayla to the Physical Therapy Assistants, Linda and Delilah and the two therapists Sarah and Amy, they are all caring employees. I really enjoyed working with Sarah my therapist- she was kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. This review is long overdue, but this physical therapy spot is amazing. I went to see Amy to get postpartum physical therapy for both my infant baby and myself. I was 2 months postpartum. My baby did not have full range of motion in her neck, which caused her to not nurse well. And I thought I needed pelvic floor physical therapy. Turned out I didn't need the pelvic floor therapy, but I had other mobility issues related to complications from my pregnancy. So we worked on that. Very well run and very professional staff. I thought therapy was going to be a waste of time and boy was i wrong. I had a pretty intense shoulder surgery and therapy has been a life changing deal. They have gotten so much of my mobility and strength back. All the girls are very knowledgeable and take the time to work with you. I cannot recommend Amy enough! She was my physical therapist both during my pregnancy and after, and she has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for.
