This is third time I have used Neil King. The first time was for a back problem, then a drop foot and now a total knee replacement. I love the fact that they provide a duel approach with both massage therapy and an exercise program geared to each patient’s needs. The people at the front desk greet you as you enter and the physical therapists are both friendly and knowledgeable. They provide you with the encouragement you need to get the best possible result.
The therapists at first act polite and caring but when the patients leave they talk about them negatively. A report written to my doctor was derogatory and insulting. The constant talking among the therapists made the atmosphere loud and unpleasant. I would not recommend going to this clinic.
I can’t say enough good things about NKPT Macomb! After breaking my foot, they have been helping me every step of the way to get back on my feet, and I’m so grateful for them. Everyone is so kind, caring, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see you get better. I absolutely love this team and couldn’t recommend them enough!
My vertigo acts up when the humidity is high. The girls at Neil King get me in within a day or so. They can use physical therapy moves to help clear the vertigo. They get me back on the golf course to play a game I enjoy. Thanks
