We had a toilet replaced by Neil Kelly. Based on our needs, they helped us find exactly what we needed. The installation process was efficient and done very quickly. My interactions with everyone from making the appointment through the installation were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It was clear they had our satisfaction in mind. I highly recommend them.
Called the office, set up a appointment. They had the contract come out to the house explained I explained what I wanted in better detail. They didn't tell me that I didn't need it, which is what I got from everybody else. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Finished on time under well under budget, fantastic job. I will use them again and again based on this first experience.
