Every time I call Neil Kann Electrical, Lorraine is lovely on the phone and is always able to find a time that suits me for someone to come out. I never have to wait weeks like I have had to with other businesses. Then when the electricians are here, they are always efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We are always happy with the work done and I always recommend Neil Kann Electrical

After reaching out to many smoke alarm businesses in Toowoomba and not getting a response I reached out to Neil Kann Electrical. Lorraine answered the phone straight away and the very next day had 2 people out to check my smoke alarms and make sure they were compliant. Highly recommend this family owned and run Toowoomba local business.

I highly recommend NKE electrical , came out to us on short notice, extremely professional and knowledgeable, I was impressed with his ability to work under extreme conditions and resolve our horrible situation. He solved our immediate problem and was able to point out potential issues in the future. I’m ever so grateful. Thank you NKE
