I have dealt with this company for many years. I had the misfortune to be assigned to someone who handles my claims with USAA who was totally disrespectful and not corrected when I filed a complaint my interaction with them. Being a veteran who served my country I would never thought I would be treated like my brothers who returned from Vietnam. Do not trust them. The advisor Brian who handles USAA auto claims is a real jerk and arrogant especially if he can’t convince you to have your car repaired with them. He turned on me once I declined further service. I guess his commission was on the fence. If you want to be charged excesssive repair bills then this is your found the right company to split your head.
