We’ve been loyal customers of Oxmoor Acura for over 10 years, regularly bringing in both of our vehicles for service. Until recently, we had always been pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. I would give this service center zero stars if it was possible. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and inconvenience. I have had my service appointment canceled on me the day of the appointment twice. Only for it not to be able to be rescheduled until three weeks later. I bought a new Acura Integra A Spec from their dealership a year ago. Since the day I bought it the back rear wheels are pointed inwards and have negative camber causing the tires to wear unevenly.
