I would give this service center zero stars if it was possible. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and inconvenience. I have had my service appointment canceled on me the day of the appointment twice. Only for it not to be able to be rescheduled until three weeks later. I bought a new Acura Integra A Spec from their dealership a year ago. Since the day I bought it the back rear wheels are pointed inwards and have negative camber causing the tires to wear unevenly. I've been going to Huffman Acura Service regularly for four years and they've always been outstanding. Super nice. Fast. Great coupons. Excellent waiting area that's newly expanded with comfortable chairs plus snacks and drinks of your choice. My service advisor Aleena always has a genuine smile and clear communication about my car. For one appointment my Tech Jonathan showed me how things were being serviced, which was interesting. Service manager Jay Howerton really goes the extra mile, which is much appreciated. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionals in the parts department, Nick and Jonathan! I came in from out of town and needed help with an older Acura RDX. Their service was immediate and spot on. I wouldn’t have gotten that kind of service and kindness in Denver!!! Thank you so much gentlemen.
