After DIY went wrong, we messaged Neil for help and we soon had a swift reply to say he could come and take a look the next day. After taking the wallpaper off ourselves we had found the walls underneath were very damaged but Neil was able to put us at ease that he could fix them. He gave the rooms a good inspection and sent us a quote that same afternoon. We were lucky that Neil was able to come and fix up our rooms very quickly due to a cancellation he had.
