I lost my original engagement ring after over 25 years and had to call in the claim. Neil Diamonds was recommended by my insurance company. I have been using Neil Diamonds for years for issues that have come up with my wedding rings- I wouldn’t entrust my rings to anyone else. Howard is a consummate professional and a lovely person. I recently needed my rings resized, and I can’t believe how perfectly they came out! I also brought some pearl jewelry for repair, and they did a beautiful job on that as well. Cannot recommend highly enough!
