Neil Diamonds was recommended to me by my insurance company for replacement of my wife's lost diamond. I was somewhat reluctant due to being an insurance referral, but decided to give them a try. Wow! Am I ever glad I did. They were just plain terrific to work with. Communication was terrific. The quality of the diamond is amazing and of AT LEAST the same quality as the diamond we lost. If you're ever in this situation, trust them and you'll be glad you did. We sure are!
