Howard at Neil Diamonds helped me tremendously through a very stressful event. I lost a bracelet my mother handed down to me. I was very upset until I received a replacement bracelet in the mail. I recently had a mishap, and lost the center diamond out of my wedding ring. I didn't previously know of Neil Diamonds because we live out of State. This was a referral by my insurance company.
