Yesterday, I visited the office and had to wait for more than an hour. It was extremely crowded, and they were clearly overbooked. Unfortunately, both the doctors and the staff were very rude and had a poor attitude. After the visit, I reviewed the doctor’s notes and noticed many spelling and grammar mistakes, which makes me question their proficiency in English. I have been going to this doctor for almost 10 years now. The wait times are over an hour and I confirmed with the front office that an hour to hour and a half waits are “normal”. This is highly unethical not to mention ridiculous. People work and have other things to do. This disregard to their time is unacceptable.
