My impressions of Neil are that he is very comfortable to comminicate with but also very passionate and insightful. I have lived, unknowingly, with a certain disorder for my whole life, im in my mid forties now, and Neil managed to pick out exactly what was going on with me. Neil's expertise helped me with a successful litigation and most importantly, help me to identify a condition which I can finally say I found a treatment for.
He did excellent pro bono work on me when I needed it most (as I was an international student with no social security privilege) - which I can't thank him enough. I don't think all his pieces of advice are useful for me, but trust me that he's the best psychologist you can find in Sydney.
My encounters with Mr. Ballardie were always very pleasant and he would give me insightful advise during our visits. Provided me with some peace-of-mind when I needed it most.
