I have had nothing but great experiences with Neil Allen Jewelry. We have bought a few pieces of jewelry over the years. Today I stopped in to have a repair done on a ring that I purchased elsewhere and they quickly made the minor repair at no charge, even though the piece didn't come from their store. Wonderful customer service and honest company. I won't buy my jewelry anywhere else ever again. They've earned a customer for life with me.
Don't sell your jewelry here, he will low ball you and treat you poorly. Better off going to a pawn shop.
Neil is such a great guy. Love that the owner is the one you’re always talking to. The jewelry is absolutely stunning. I got it engraved with initials and the wedding date. Could not recommend enough !!&
