In March of 2025 my husband and I chose Neil Alan because of his reviews. I needed my wedding bands resized. His jewelry shop is quaint and nestled in charming downtown Nampa. Neil has a friendly, warm, calming presence about him. There isn’t a sales pitch feel that you get at all. He offered to keep my bands in his safe as my swollen, indentationed finger healed, at no cost for cutting them off or storing them. He gave me a ticket with numbers and information as proof. This is the type of jewelry store that you want to patronize. You will be welcomed here and not feel intimidated to come in, look around, or ask questions. The customer service here is impeccable. I have had both a repair and an adjustment done to my own jewelry, and both items were given back to me in wonderful condition; quality work done exactly as I wanted with a super fast turnaround.
