Neighbours came and cleaned up our forested area, removing dead and dead standing trees. They were thorough and very easy to work with.
I used the Neighbor's Tree Company recently to remove trees on two properties and from start to finish their customer service was 10 out of 10. Price was competitive and and quality of work was great. Their clean after really surprised me as their wasn't any evidence of cutting a tree down, no saw dust, no branches, nothing. Very happy with their work. Will definitely us e them them again.
I have been a customer for many years and have had no issues with their service. I use this company annually to prune my elm, chokecherries and aspen trees. Last year I had several aspen trees removed, including stump grinding. The team has been consistently friendly and responsive. My questions and concerns are dealt with quickly and respectfully.
We had a positive experience with this company from start to finish. A thorough site visit was conducted and expectations set. The crew arrived on time, conducted a second site review, listened to our concerns and were very patient with our requests. They worked very well and were well equipped with the proper PPE.
