I have been a customer for many years and have had no issues with their service. I use this company annually to prune my elm, chokecherries and aspen trees. Last year I had several aspen trees removed, including stump grinding. The team has been consistently friendly and responsive. My questions and concerns are dealt with quickly and respectfully.
We had a positive experience with this company from start to finish. A thorough site visit was conducted and expectations set. The crew arrived on time, conducted a second site review, listened to our concerns and were very patient with our requests. They worked very well and were well equipped with the proper PPE. Team showed up and did what they said they would do. Great job cleaning up the neighbors yard and all neighbors said they were polite and respectful to their properties where the tree hung over. Will use again for my other trees
Great experience and reasonably priced for size of tree being removed. Were very good at the after cleanup of excess brush and stacked the logs neatly. Would definately recommend Neighbours Tree Company for any removal services.
