Scam! Placed order for UV pens in March, sent multiple emails asking where the order was, and now the email addresses bounce (and the URL appears to have expired / be no longer available). Seeking a refund through PayPal... avoid at all costs. I doubt they're even connected to Neighbourhood Watch - are likely just trading using their name and logo (at least I hope this is the case for NW's sake). Only wish I had seen the other two reviews on here before ordering with them.
Ordered a UV pen kit - never arrived. Sent an email and got no response. Called them, someone picked up and took my details and said he would follow up but never got a response. Suspect this site is a scam and is not sending out any items, stay away!
Terrible service. They took my money and I cant get hold of them, They dont reply to calls or emails. Shop elsewhere!
