had a good experience overall at Neighbourhood Clinic. The customer service was welcoming and professional, and the doctor was kind, thorough, and attentive to my needs. She took time to review my condition properly and arranged the necessary test. The only issue was the delay in being seen, as I was booked for 11:15am but was attended to at 11:45am, and some patients were seen before me.
