I inquired about an ac bedroom installation and was replied to promptly. After exchanging information on the job and given a quote, a date was booked, and the job itself was carried out to perfection. My installer was polite, professional, spoke with me at length about my installation options. Once the job was done he even gave me some tips for future maintenance and longevity for my ac unit. Such a great experience. My quote was competitive and was promptly booked in for my work to be done. I was advised of the attendance window and prior to arrival. Andy and Seth were polite and professional and I was very happy with the work they did. I will definately use Neighbourhood Electrical & Air again.
The team did a bunch of electrical and AC work and it was great. Very good communication, workmanship and they cleaned up well after the job. Would recommend and would use again.
Excellent service carried out by Neighbourhood E & AC! Andy came to conduct a maintenance service of our AC unit and he did a fantastic job. He made sure everything was working well and was happy to explain things as he went. Nice guy, left the place spotless after all the work! 10/10 would recommend :)
In July 2024 they installed 2 split system units for us. First one in spare room straight forward – very happy. The second unit not so much… for some reason instead of having a drip system on the outer wall, they installed a pump – a pump which whenever the unit was turned on made a very loud ringing noise. As it was in the bedroom this made the unit completely unusable. When I contacted them to complain I was met with defensiveness and a vague promise to contact the pump manufacturer which of course indicates that the pump ... read more
