Called in our 1/4 cow order (total order of 1/2 cow, split with parents) and it was taken by someone new. Unfortunately we thought, and were told, we would be getting certain cuts (brisket, flank, flat iron, bacon), and things were missing and turned into grind when we got them. I would suggest training new people taking orders to avoid this type of confusion, and make things clear when someone is ordering that there are certain cuts you cant get depending on the scenario.
