Our HVAC system had been intermittently blowing warm air instead of cooling effectively, and after diagnosing a faulty capacitor, the technician replaced it efficiently in under an hour. Compared to previous experiences where parts took days to arrive, I appreciated that he had the necessary component in his van.

Excellent experience with the HVAC team. They were punctual, respectful, and efficient, and they made the whole process straightforward.

Having dealt with a contractor in the past who was vague about timelines, I appreciated how this technician clearly explained that the duct installation would take about three hours and then finished right on time. He also took care to point out an issue with an old vent that might need attention soon, something previous installers hadn't mentioned.

The duct and vent cleaning took about three hours, which seemed appropriate given the multiple systems they handled in our home. They also provided clear explanations of what they found inside and offered insights on maintaining cleaner ducts in the future.
