Excellent customer service! The staff was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a small business owner this has been the absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! Always pushing you to an ATM. This new “update” to the online banking and mobile app is awful! Was on hold for 27 minutes only to be told I needed to be transferred to a different department and then got hung up on. Currently on hold again going on 14 minutes now. It shouldn’t be that difficult to be able to link ALL of my accounts to my log in!!
