Pleasant service, no issues with personnel. The robot teller took me a minute to get the hang of, but it is really easy.
NFCU is an excellent bank! Their care and concern for their customers is top level. It showed the minute I walked in and was greeted. The young lady that helped me was outstanding. She made me feel like family, not just another customer. They have great products and are so helpful when you need to navigate a loan, open a checking account or just have a question. I highly recommend Neighbors FCU for all your banking needs!
The staff is outstanding at the branch in Denham Springs. From the Branch manager Ms. Paula and the assistant manager Ty, and the staff members are all outstanding employees. They give major respect to all who visits that branch I have witnessed this personally.
The Assistant Manager, Ty was courteous and professional. He patiently led us through the process as we set up our new account. We look forward to doing business at Neighbors Federal Credit Union.
