Female nurses were great as well as front desk reception, only reason this is receiving any stars. There was a dark haired short, older male nurse who kept asking about my mental health diagnosis when I was there for a physical issue of not being able to swallow. I arrived at around 6 am one day, older black woman was my doctor- very dismissive, neglectful, and rude, did not believe me when I said there is something wrong. Apparently if you have a certain insurance they consider “ out of network “ or not accepted here you will have to pay out of pocket and a $99 up front. I requested a bill to provide to my insurance for reimbursement , where I was told “they don’t do that”. How are you able to charge someone but can’t provide an itemized bill for what they’re being charged for? A headache in a half considering I told her my babies foot needed to be checked out for burns that happened at daycare.

Came in for an incident with my daughter, short wait, I was done with the visit before I was completely done with the paperwork. Miartica greeted us with a smile, Dr. Sabates did a physical examination before ordering for an x Ray and was so sweet and lovely to my toddler, and Julia with Radiology was so patient and made my daughter so comfortable and got the best shots! All in all, I will always feel confident coming here whatever the emergency is!
