Knowledgeable and quick. Not a parts canon.
Best mechanic ever. I have been going for years even in times when living in another town (I will tow there). He is the 3rd honest, fast, trusting mechanic I've been lucky to find in my lifetime. If any person has anything bad to say about this father and son business then they are most likely bad customers. Pay the bill, tip if you feel like doing so, and don't complain.
My car was having some serious issues and almost broke down in Vernon and I’m from Peachland. I called Neighbours because they were close by at 3:30 (half hour before they closed) Bob said come here and we will take a look! They diagnosed the issue really quickly, fixed the issue and sent me on my way super quick. They knew the importance of me just getting back home asap. If I didn’t live so far away I would use their services for everything for my car! Thanks guys 🤩
Great service. Bob did my struts shocks and break pads and recommended getting my other (back) brake pads done in a few months instead of now as there is still some life in them. Honest guys doing great work!
Absolutely the BEST service and honest with reasonable prices! Can NOT say enough good about this place!!!!!!!!!!! Feel comfortable sending your mom or your sister here without fear of them being taken advantage of. They know their stuff. I was told at another mechanic my transmission was “dying “. Turns out it was a tiny little part that needed replacing ! Less than 100.00 and my car is fixed !
