My wife and I have seen Dr. Herod for 2 years. Very honest and reliable.
Highly recommend Dr. Herod. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain things and give patients lots of choices. Also, he is quite empathetic and patient which makes going to the dentist a lot more relaxing than it would otherwise be.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Herod and his entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Herod is not only an exceptional dentist but also a wonderful person. His biological dentistry philosophy is exactly what I was looking for, and it's clear he's passionate about a natural approach to dental care. He takes the time to listen and have great conversations, making every visit a pleasant experience.
I have never had a health care provider that listens and informs with such knowledge and patience as Dr. Herod. The front desk staff and hygienists are also very kind and efficient. I could not recommend this office more, as I have always been treated as an individual and not just a number.
This is the most compassionate, efficient, and competent practice in Richmond. We have been seeing them for years, whether for routine cleanings or even if there is a dental emergency, and each time we are well cared for. Thank you so much!
