Dr. Herod and the entire office have been so incredible, we even drive over an hour to see them! Natural minded, kind, great with kids! And Dr. Herod really takes the time to visit with each patient and understand what's needed. Things I have had in the back of my mind to get done to be healthier (remove fillings and metal bar) that I never had the energy to address with previous dentists - he brought up and now we have a plan! Our family has had wonderful experience with this practice. We see Dr. Herod, who is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer questions. That said, the entire office and staff are exceptional. Everyone is warm, personable, and genuinely cares. The office does an excellent job making both children and adults feel comfortable, and every visit is efficient, professional, and welcoming. We highly recommend Dr. Herod.
Dr. Herod and his team are wonderful. The office is well-run, and everyone is welcoming, personable, and kind. Dr. Herod does a great job of giving you the facts and helping you make wise decisions without making you feel nervous or pressured. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. He is also great with my kids — kind, reassuring, and never pushy when they feel uncomfortable. We’re very thankful for such a caring dental office!
Dr. Herod has been great. I’ve been seeing him for about a year now for regular cleanings, and recently decided to replace my old metal fillings. It was actually a pretty interesting process, but he made everything simple and comfortable. One of the biggest things for me was a filling on the lower left side of my mouth that had been causing pain for years. A previous dentist had already replaced it once, but it never fixed the issue. Dr. Herod is nothing short of wonderful. With 3 kids, we’ve seen him more times than I can count. I trust him completely and really appreciate that he always takes a more conservative, thoughtful approach to treatment. I’ve never felt the need to get a second opinion which is invaluable to me!
