I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I am very particular about the dentist my family sees, so I did extensive research before choosing Dr. Herod. We actually drive 80 miles one way to his office. My children have all been seen there, and in the past, Dr. Herod has seemed like a caring and compassionate dentist. When my daughter had significant tooth pain last year, he got her in right away, which meant a great deal to us. I've seen many dentists in my life, but Dr. Herod is by far the best. I appreciate his approach to car and the time he takes to explain treatment options. The entire practice typically functions like a well oiled machine. The waiting room time is less than a few minutes with most cleaning appointments completed within 30 minutes.
