Emily was very professional and she has an awesome personality. Both doctor definitely care about their patients.
My first visit, I was a little nervous, but after meeting with the staff and Dr. Cotto, I was completely convinced that I had made the right choice for my doctor. She seemed very knowledgeable about the questions I had and she was very interested in the things I had to say and I felt very at ease after I was there for just a few minutes with her and her staff and Brenda is awesome person as well thank you for all the work you do and it seem to go very good. It wasn’t until I arrived on time for my appointment that I learned the following: If you are a new patient, you have to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paper work. Otherwise the doctor will not see you. The issue is, I was never informed of this expectation in any of their correspondences. Recientemente me cambié a este grupo Medco . El personal de front desk , enfermera son muy atentos y dispuestos ayudarte en todo, hasta con la transportación de ellos. La manejadora de caso, una chica muy atenta y amable, igual que las de front desk. Todas ellas te ayudan y su trato es de excelencia y bondad para los pacientes. Staring front office very kind soft spoken! The Nurse was very sweet and the Doctor took her time to talked . She ask me lots of questions because she took the time to look at my record . I had lots of questions will she answer and explained! I’m very happy with the service and the way I was treated! Hope never change.
