This is the worst doctors office I’ve visited. I scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, I was told that I had to reschedule after they played the Blame Game of whose fault it was. Upon arriving to my rescheduled appointment, the front desk was about to give me ANOTHER excuse of why I may need to reschedule. The doctor’s personality was very off putting. Really liked Dr. Romero. Office is disorganized and failed to notify me that Dr. Romero left and a new doctor started working there. This is common courtesy to notify patients when hiring a new doctor. Went twice this year already for an annual check up and additional blood work. Called to refill my medicine because I was going on vacation and needed to renew. They claimed I needed to come back again in person to talk with "new doctor" to get medicine. I love the girls in the office they are great Maye and Clara do the best they can to help on everything I need. My problem is this department patient outreach horrible. They don’t know what they are doing. They make appt with out consulting the office. Please fix that area.

My family and I been coming to Neighbor MD North Miami Beach branch even before when it was called Sun Med. We love going there. The office is practically ran by the three ladies Maye, Clara and Ms Hortense. These ladies are patient, caring and always gets the job done. If they are not the ladies taking care of you it doesn’t gets done. We had to cancel an appointment while at the specialist office because the referral was not sent but requested 2 weeks prior.
