I don’t have any complaints with Dr. Izquiero. He is a great Dr. On the other hand, the front desk staff and some nurses, they need more training on customer service and how to handle patients.
I never got results of my 3 results in November 2024. Since then my husband and I are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH EHRHARDT's practice as she does not return phone calls nor give notice test results are in. We picked up all our records from her & of course 1 result was omitted. So glad we left this group.
I have been going to this office for the last 6 months and both doctors have been very patient and kind and have given me the referrals I need. Also I'm able to get my blood work done at the same place as well as my allergy, meds etc. I would highly recommend. The staff are also very kind and it doesn't take long to get an appointment
