This is a horrible place to work. The leadership is absolute trash and is extremely toxic. Also, their business model is parasitic, all they do is rip business owners off with sky high royalty fees and other them very little in return. They bully and force small owners and many of them struggle until they have to file for bankruptcies. Do not work here or franchise with any of their brands. They will sell you a lie!
I hired Mr. Rooter, one of the companies affiliated with Neighborly. One of their techs came to my house to address a root issue in my sewer. He was unprofessional, inexperienced, and unable to use his equipment to correctly diagnose my issue. I called the City of Keller utilities upon his departure. They came to my house shortly after Mr. Rooter's tech left and they were able to properly use their camera and diagnosed my problem in 15 minutes.
