The lady that helped us out, does not work well with children. She had an attitude and was rude. She raised her voice at my daughters for touching area they weren’t supposed to, HEY! she could’ve said it differently just like the doctor did. My son is very active and she did not try to help him out or make his experience fun at all. She seemed annoyed and frustrated and keep telling my son not to talk. you guys need to do better!!!
Dr. Benjamin Ho is an excellent OD. He is very considerate and takes his time when he does the examination. He is awesome and knows his stuff very well. Thank you Dr. Ho. Carlos
