The staff here is absolutely amazing, I found a stray puppy and came to see if it was microchipped and the staff was so helpful the puppy was not microchipped but did get adopted by a lovely family later in the day! I look forward to bringing my own pup here and making this our primary veterinary, Victoria I believe her name was she was especially so sweet and helpful!
Cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. They literally saved our dog’s life. Our shih tzu had a large tumor on her spleen, and the staff rushed her into emergency surgery with no hesitation, staying late to get the procedure done. Dr. Pope stayed to perform the splenectomy on her birthday, too! Victoria, the vet tech took extra time to help us stay calm, as we were panicked. I was super disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Johnson today. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM and waited an hour or more because of a pet that came previous to me that required more attention. This was not an issue for me because I myself am a nurse and I understand things can happen sometimes. My issue was with how short my interaction with Dr. Johnson was. NVC-Richmond has been one of the best pet care experiences I’ve ever had! The consistent communication throughout the entire process with my dog was outstanding and the level of care and attention to detail provided reflects highly on the team and the NVC as a whole.
I love the attention they give to the patients and fur parents, I came in a hurry to help my fur baby and they explained me everything and give me so much peace, they save the life of my baby and take the pain away! I’m so thankful!
