I’ve been bringing my two bunnies here for a while and Dr Chappell is so good to my little ones. My female is having ongoing eye issues and Dr Chappell explained everything very thoroughly and helped us understand her long term care and put my mind at ease that it wasn’t anything life threatening. The techs are always kind and gentle when handling my bunnies- Cam was awesome! I’d 100% recommend NVA for exotic pet veterinary care!
My bunny had an ear infección that got treated the wrong medication (different animal hospital) we came to Neighboorhood Vets and they squeezed me in right away. Not only did they provide expectional service they gave me the best trreatment that got my bunny back to health in no time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital. After multiple visits (3/19, 4/9) and $800 spent for a knee and back injury, my dog is now worse off and hasn’t eaten in three days after being given medication from this clinic. That alone is alarming. When I returned for help, Veterinary Jatinder was dismissive and told me he was “already going out of his way.” That response was completely unacceptable given the situation. Honestly I am a very strong believer that our pets deserve the best love and caring, but when you go to a place where all of the staff that was there to be so caring& loving to my babygirl Jigglypuff, it really made me feel that I can trust them with my baby!!! I just had an amazing visit with Doc Scott Willens and his staff. If you are looking for and Exotics Vet he is the one to see. My bird is a Black-headed Caique and he can be a handful. There was no wait and we were taken back immediately. Gilli had a beak trim, nails clipped and flight feathers done all within a half hour.
