Absolutely wonderful staff & care
The staff and doctors love pets.
I have an urgent visit for my rabbit. All front desk, assistant and doctor are very kind and support. I called and is able to see doctor within one hour. Thank you.
We really love working with Dr. Petro! Our frenchie had a lump this year and they provided excellent guidance on treatment options. The removal went smoothly and recovery was seamless with prompt responding from staff. And the front desk staff and techs are all great. Scheduling is easy online with text reminders. They have it together here!!
My daughter’s dumpy tree frog sustained a bad injury when 2 toes got caught in the terrarium door. Because he didn’t bleed or fuss, by the time we noticed he was injured 2 days later, the flesh on his toes had died. I worried about sepsis and quality of life. I’m very grateful that I was able to secure an appointment the next morning. The staff is amazing. Caring, professional, knowledgeable and good educators.
