Absolutely fantastic!!! My puppy had some skin infections and irritation, but also is super squeamish about new people. They’ve done a great job with him and I working to make sure he’s comfortable and adjusted.
I brought my cat here for his annual checkup and vaccines and the staff was absolutely wonderful. My cat has a lot of anxiety around new people and he was so calm throughout the service and he even let them pet him. ( I can count on one hand how many people my cat has let pet him in his lifetime, he is extremely shy. ) I have a lot of anxiety after having lost two previous cats to sudden medical issues and I felt very welcome and at ease. We brought our pup in for tummy issues, and from the moment we walked in we felt at home and comfortable. The waiting area was welcoming and the front staff were friendly to start. And then the whole process after that was a breeze. We appreciated how thorough they were with questions, examining our pup, and trying to figure out next steps. They were great at explaining every little thing, the price, what it was, whether we needed it or can do it later. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They are also extremely patient with pets that have anxiety and prefer to stay near their person. They are very up front about all prices and costs. We will absolutely continue using them and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic.
I have nothing bad to say about neighborhood vet. Dr Kinsey, to the front desk Sophie, have been absolutely amazing. From when I first called to talk to them Sophie was genuinely concerned for our baby. She didn’t just ask the same questions most people do to get their money, she is absolutely amazing.
