The staff is great and very knowledgeable! Natalie is amazing. Would have definitely given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the security guard in the lobby with the nasty attitude. From the time my son and I walked in she was just rude and nasty. I pulled my masked down for less than 5 seconds to unlock my phone and she made it a point to tell me I could go outside if I wasn’t going to wear the mask. The absolute worse WIC office ever ! I’ve been waiting on a call back from them & have yet to receive one . I’ve finally found the correct number to file a complaint on them !
Well run and friendly staff once you get inside. Glad to have the resource in the community. Not quite enough parking to support the vaccination program and street parking is not allowed due to nearby construction. Maybe they could post signage with (cross) streets that have parking until construction wraps up (people ended up parking in construction area despite cones/signage)
I’ve called consistently since june it’s now October either they do not answer the phone or they say that I’ll receive a call back. I have never encountered such an unprofessional office. One of the representatives admitted it was their fault and yet I still haven’t been called back. I’m wishing I could find a different office!
