I have severe anxiety issues, on the night that I'm texting this, a storm is coming they won't let me schedule the time that I need to be home and they keep bumping up my time. I'm sitting here having a panic attack because I want to go home before heavy rain and lightning and thunder hit NOT HAPPY

Only good when they don't show up a half hour early and then they leave you for "no show". We schedule rides at certain times for a reason. This service is for WORK, we can't leave jobs early just because you say so! You are not our employers! That gets us fired! I quit using NTS because of this. I would rather walk 5 miles. But my wife can't do that. Also you need to check the attitude of some of your drivers. There is no posted rule about using the phone if it's not on speaker! Drivers would not show up, if you cancel your account you cannot get YOUR money from the account. I was told it just stays there forever nothing they can do about it. So pay for your rides daily DO NOT pre load the account! Very unhappy with everything Ive experienced with this company! Not to mention one of my drivers was very nasty towards me because of my skin color and he let it be known!

I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful driver from NTS named King. He's a young, respectful gentleman with a smile that makes every ride enjoyable. His talkative nature and positive attitude truly made the experience memorable. I wish everyone could ride with him his kindness and professionalism stand out. Thank you, King, and thank you to the NTS organization for having such incredible drivers!
