I had what to me was a complicated decision on what type of storage option I actually needed and Stacie was super patient with me going over all of the different options. Horrible experience no customer service never again
Ebony Allen is highly professional and very articulate. She has helped since June 2023 while I've had this storage unit up until May 2025. Eventhough she is not the property manager over location my storage unit is at. She still always returned my phone calls, performed proper due diligence, and helped schedule vacate of of unit. Which the my property manager over my location has not returned my calls over time I had unit, including call where I asked for call back to schedule vacate.
